How It Works
Sessions are 50 minutes and can be held in person or online via Zoom. Some clients come weekly for ongoing support, while others attend periodically, using therapy as a touchstone for growth and reflection. You are welcome wherever you are on your journey.
You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. Often, the act of reaching out is the first step toward something new.
Before Your Session
To schedule your appointment, please follow these steps:
Email me to arrange a suitable time for your session.
Fill out the Client Questionnaire at the bottom of this page.
Pay via the payment link provided or request bank details for a bank transfer.
Once everything is complete, I’ll confirm your appointment and share either your Zoom link or directions for your in-person session.
