Depending on your situation, you might experience a combination of psychotherapeutic techniques, such as Counselling, Spiritual Counselling (including Numerology to understand yourself and your relationships), the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Counselling, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Visualisation, guided meditation and some others.


What Is Numerology?

Numerology considers each number within your date of birth, and their harmony, as the vibrational code of your being. This code is similar to a computer program (set numbers) mixed with the potential for growth (missing numbers and zeroes). It expresses the Soul’s ‘manifestation’ through physical expression. It defines who we are in our entirety, with all our strengths and weaknesses, talents and lessons, aspirations and drives, and even how we look in this particular incarnation.

Similar to the DNA of our body, this code is set, yet, at the same time, it always remains flexible. We know that various environmental and internal influences can switch our genes on and off. The same is true for the Soul’s code e.g. societal programming and conscious self-development can equally change it for better or worse. It is pre-set at birth (way before, actually), yet it contains the vast potential for change. Indeed, we incarnate here to explore this potential and to grow.

What is the Therapeutic and Transformational Numerology

The Therapeutic and Transformational Numerology (TTN) is a powerful tool for self-discovery. It helps reveal our essential true nature and allows us to see that which is hidden behind the many masks of our ‘personality’. Our ‘personality’ serves us as a means of presenting ourselves to the world.

We are so used to suppressing our unique individuality by constantly adjusting and moulding ourselves to the expectations of others, slaves to our programming, that we no longer know who we really are.

By re-discovering our Inner Selves, we make the first step towards a more fulfilled life with a sense of peace, direction and accomplishment.

What Makes TTN Therapeutic and Transformational?

TTN is therapeutic and transformational in its nature. When you see your chart and it is explained to you, suddenly, so many things become obvious. You will now be able to answer many important questions:

  • Why do I do things the way I do them?
  • Why do some events keep repeating in my life?
  • Why am I struggling in my job or profession?
  • Why am I constantly unhappy in my relationships?
  • Why do I feel uncomfortable within myself?
  • And many, many other questions will simply disappear, as answers to them become clear and obvious to you.

You suddenly become aware of your uniqueness, and it becomes your first step towards self-acceptance. We all know too well that love starts with the acceptance of the Self. As your inner conflict disappears, giving way to your inner strength, you will start feeling love towards yourself and others.

From this place of self-awareness, it is much easier to start the journey of growth and self-improvement towards inner harmony and outer balance, making your journey on this planet more exciting, pleasant, and meaningful.

Nero-Linguistic Programming

What is Neuro-Linguistic Programming or NLP?

NLP is a practical approach based on the deep understanding of our thought processes and their impact on our behaviours. Simply put, it is about why and how we do the things we do and how to change our thinking in order to do things better.

It is one of the most successfully used systems to facilitate powerful, quick and long-lasting change in people. NLP is a constantly developing, fascinating, flexible and expanding field of study. It is often said that NLP knows no boundaries because it deals with people’s mind, the most complex, brilliant and, yet, most malleable system humans possess.

So, what is NLP about? In technical terms, NLP is about how our nervous system (‘Neuro’) processes information we receive through our five physical senses: seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, touching.

It is about communication systems (‘Linguistic’): pictures, sounds, smell, taste, feelings and self-talk, which we use to make sense of our experiences. And it is about the way we program ourselves to respond to them.

In its heart, NLP is a study of excellence based on the methodology of modelling. The basic idea of modelling is that if you can do it, then everyone can do it; one just has to figure out how you do it, make it more effective, and copy it. And so, it is about identifying concepts (excellence and desired behaviours) and turning them into effective processes which can then be replicated by others in order to achieve the desired outcome faster and each time the process is applied.

That requires both, the NLP researcher and practitioner, to possess a specific attitude, i.e., be inquisitive, objective and ask the right questions. We don’t ask why a particular behaviour is being exhibited, but we want to know how this behaviour is sustained. It’s about what is going on in this particular person’s mind and at this particular moment that makes them display this particular behaviour. The practitioner is then able to tap into the extensive range of proven NLP techniques or design a solution that would utilise the vast body of knowledge available to them through the research and applications in the field of NLP, other mind-related disciplines, and their own Knowing.

If you want to get rid unwanted habits, freed yourself from strong addictive, compulsive behaviours and rise above fear, phobias, panic and other uncontrollable reactions, then NLP should be an effective treatment for you. NLP as a treatment for depression

Because NLP is an effective tool for changing habits and behaviours, once we have identified which of these are causing, or contributing to, your depression, we can focus on reducing, removing and replacing those thoughts with more convivial ones. You will no longer perceive yourself as a depressed person because you will no longer think like one! What does that mean? More happiness, satisfaction and joy in your life.

NLP is effective in treating phobias

A phobia exists because of an unreasonable fear response, which may or may not have a specific trigger memory. Working through the phobia to identify the source memory, or trigger event will identify the thought processes and responses that have built your phobia over time. Again, because we can change how you view those thoughts, and how you react to them now, we can reprogram the fear and eliminate the phobia. How would it feel, do you think, if your fears were removed?

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

What is the Emotional Freedom Technique?

The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a form of emotional acupressure, based on the Chinese meridian system used in acupuncture. It is a blend of acupuncture and Mind-Body Medicine. The focus is on treating both physical and emotional ailments by ‘tuning in’ to specific issues (e.g., traumatic events, addictions, pain, allergies, etc.) while gently tapping with fingertips on certain acupuncture points.

The technique is based on the notion that it is not negative memories that cause negative emotions to occur, but it is the disruption in the body’s energy flow that leads to the occurrence of negative emotions. This concept is based on the fact that the human body is electrical (or energy) in nature. When energy flows correctly, our bodies function properly; when it is disrupted, our abilities get impaired, and when energy flows stop…we die.

Scientific research proves that our body contains 1,000 billion neurons. These transmit information within the body via electrical impulses. We feel pain instantly because it is electrically passed on along the nerves to our brain. There, the electrical activity of neurons can be easily recorded by Electroencephalography (EEG). Similarly, we can check for problems with the electrical activity of our heart with an electrocardiogram (EKG or ECG). So, there is no doubt that the state of our electrical systems is vital to our physical health.

This concept is also reflected in the 5,000-year-old Chinese system of energy circuits called meridians. These are ‘channels’ running through the whole body, distributing energy (qi or chi) around it. This concept has become the basis for modern-day acupuncture, acupressure and many other healing techniques, including EFT, whose main purpose is to restore health by ‘repairing’ the energy flow within the body.

What does this ‘Technique’ involve?

In simple terms, EFT works through repeated, rhythmical tapping of key meridian points. This ‘tapping’ creates a resonant vibration along the energy meridian which, literally, shakes loose any energy blockages. It is these blockages that are stopping the flow of energy and causing the pain you are experiencing.

It is important to explain that the physical tapping of these key points can be, and often is, uncomfortable. This is most commonly noticed when tapping the ‘underarm’ point. I would ask that you tell me immediately should you experience any discomfort during our session.

What can be treated with EFT?

The Emotional Freedom Technique is simple, easily learnt and effective. Almost anyone can use EFT successfully. There is a huge collection of scientific studies validating EFT’s effectiveness. Their findings have been so profound that prestigious institutions such as Harvard, Stanford, and many other universities, hospitals and clinics have chosen to use and/or study them. Therapists worldwide report 80%-95% success rates for many conditions:

EFT is an effective treatment for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

2009 study of 16 institutionalized adolescent boys with histories of physical or psychological abuse showed the substantially reduced intensity of traumatic memories after just a single session of EFT.

Research by the Iraq Veterans Stress Project also proves the effectiveness of EFT. In a study of approximately 100 veterans with severe PTSD, 90 per cent of the participants had such major reduction in symptoms that they no longer met the clinical criteria for PTSD after six one-hour EFT sessions! Sixty per cent no longer met PTSD criteria after merely three EFT sessions!!! At the three-month follow-up, these improvements remained consistent, suggesting long-lasting, potentially permanent, resolution of PTSD. Amazing, isn’t it?!

EFT has proven to be an effective treatment for Depression, Stress and Anxiety

An EFT study involving 30 moderately to severely depressed students was conducted. These students were given four 90-minute EFT sessions. Students who received EFT showed significantly less depression three weeks later after evaluation.

Dr Dawson Church, PhD, founder of the National Institute for Integrative Healthcare, published a review of more than 40 different EFT studies evaluating the effectiveness of the method. In his paper, he cites studies that demonstrate the method’s effectiveness for a broad variety of issues, including:

Is it any surprise that even mainstream medicine is accepting EFT? In the PTSD study, for example, the allopathic medicine solution (drugs) was considered no better than placebo. If you really want to find out more about how EFT can help overcome PTSD in particular, then the documentary entitled Operation: Emotional Freedom, directed by Eric Huurre, tracks veterans and their families who have gone through intensive therapy using EFT.

Matrix Re-imprinting

What Is Matrix Re-imprinting?

Matrix Re-imprinting is a technique developed and taught by Karl Dawson that takes the Emotional Freedom Technique (E.F.T.) one step further, making the combination even more effective. It is a method used to clear adverse feelings, negative learnings and painful past events, using EFT combined with other techniques.

How Does the Matrix Re-imprinting Work?

Using guided meditation approach, you are led back to a past traumatic memory. Using visualisation, you are led to clear the negative learnings by assisting the younger self through the negative event in a new positive way. As a result, you change the foundations of your reactions to the world. This leads to a more positive present.

The “re-imprinting” or rewriting process changes the mind’s, body’s, and spirit’s reference pictures to create a more positive perception of the past traumatic event, resulting in less burdened and draining memories and a happier, more relaxed, and healthier YOU!

Guided Meditation?

Guided meditation is simply “meditation with the help of a guide.” It is one of the easiest ways to enter into a state of deep relaxation, inner stillness, and mindfulness. And it is one of the most powerful ways to eliminate stress and bring about positive personal changes. Gently easing you into a state of blissfully deep relaxation, guided meditation leads you to the better clarity of the mind, while regulating your heartbeat, blood pressure, metabolism and many other bodily functions.

How Does Guided Meditation Work?

You will sit comfortably or lie down while listening to deeply relaxing music and my voice leading you through a series of relaxing visualizations. As you gradually relax and become more and more still, stress fades away, and your mind becomes calmer and clearer.

While you are in this deeply relaxed state of mind, your subconscious is open to positive suggestions, and I will use this time to take you on an inner journey that is designed to improve one or more aspects of your life. For example, a guided meditation might be tailored to personal empowerment and positive thinking. Another might focus on emotional healing or spiritual development. You might be taken on a guided journey to unleash your full potential, or you may choose to go on a guided meditation journey simply for the sheer pleasure of experiencing profoundly deep relaxation.

As you can now see, guided meditation can be an experience that is not only relaxing, but one that enhances your sense of self, that transforms your perspective in positive ways, and that inspires you to live your life to the fullest.

It’s an effortless and very enjoyable experience that results in deep relaxation, elimination of stress and a heightened appreciation of life.

At the conclusion of your guided meditation, I will gradually bring you back to a state of normal awareness, leaving you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and relaxed.

How long Does a Guided Meditation Take?

Your session will be split into three parts. The first part lasts about 15 minutes and is used to discuss and understand the issues you would like to address during your meditation. The second part is 20-30 minute meditation. We conclude our session with a short discussion of your experience.

Generally, a guided meditation might be as short as 5 minutes, or as long as an hour, depending on your personal preference. In most cases, a guided meditation of 15 minutes or longer is recommended if you wish to experience a truly deep state of relaxation and maximize the positive benefits of meditation.
